How do I open the hidden album?

On the Albums screen, press and hold “My Other Albums” for two seconds. You can customize additional access methods in Hidden Album Settings.

Will deleting MyGallery remove hidden files?

Yes. Hidden-album files live inside the app and are not a separate backup. Use Export All before uninstalling.

What if scanning is slow?

You can stop the scan, choose a smaller group of photos or schedule smart scanning while the phone is charging.

How do I restore Pro?

Choose Restore Purchases inside the app while signed into the Apple ID you used for the purchase. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Can I recover photos I deleted?

Recently deleted items are usually kept for 30 days in the relevant trash. Review the location before permanently deleting anything.
